SafeHarbor uses offline, Ed25519-signed license files. Licenses validate locally with no outbound network call, which is what makes them safe for air-gapped enclaves. Two tiers: Community (free) and Enterprise.
Community licenses are free, unlimited in duration, and capped at 50 assets. We'll email a signed license.json within one business day. Place it at data/license.json or /etc/safeharbor/license.json and restart the binary.
